Submit to Sharepoint List with InfoPath form

Ok, so I've tried the articles that are out there about submitting
using infopath to sharepoint:

http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/ma.../Add-SharePoint-List-Items-with-InfoPath.aspx

It works quite nicely until I try to add a field that is not a single
line of text field. I need to be able to update yes/no fields,
multiple lines of text fields, choice fields (single and multiple
choice) and date fields. My guess is that the CAML document needs to
somehow indicate the different types of fields, but for the life of me
I can't figure it out. I've been looking around for days now to find
this answer and while I've found the question online, the answer has
yet to be found. Surely, this is a reasonable thing to want to do.
And clearly I'm not the only one who wants to do this, yet the answer
is nowhere to be found.

I am really desperate for help! My boss has placed a deadline on me
and no one around me has been able to help.

If anyone can assist me, I'll be your best friend! :)

If I have posted to the wrong group, kindly redirect me and I will
post there. Thanks so much!

Helen
