Submitting a 2007 InfoPath form vs 2003

First, I am a novice that got involved with InfoPath a year ago. I created a
from in 2003 InfoPath that resides on a Sharepoint Server. Many people update
the form and resumit the updates. The file name is created from the users
name and the current date and time. The users name was from a field
"Lastname, Firstname" and the date and time was when the form was created.
Now if the form is created by a user with 2007 IP and opened and edited with
2003 the submit button doesn't work. It asks to resave the file with a
different file name. It changes the coma between the names to an underscore.
Now we are getting multiple copies of the same form.

HELP!!!!

Hello,

How you are submitting the form using code or form?
Can you check with that file name contain any special characters before
submitting form from IP2003?
Is that same form user able to submit from IP 2007?

Shiva,
Thank you for replying. The file name logic is created under the submit
configuration. I added a data connection using the function"Concat". One of
the fields is Sales rep name the other the date stamp which is also a field.
No special code. It works fine in 2003 butin2007 it asks you to save the file
under a different name which I can't have. In 2003 the sales reps name was
XXXX,XXXXX and it looked like 2007 was changing the coma to an underscore.
So, I changed the sales rep field to xxxx_xxxxxx and it still tries to save
the file under new name.

I'm sorry I sound so stupid but I'm a sales person trying to do something
that we should have paid a developer to do.
