Submitting a form to an HTTP web site

We are trying to submit our forms to our web site using the Submit by HTTP
functionality. Could anyone assist us with what code we need to write on the
web server side to actually save the form data into an XML document or an
InfoPath form if possible?

Do you have Front Page extensions active on the site? I'm not sure if it is absolutely necessary, but I think it does make a difference.
