Submitting Timesheets

Hi there. We are using MS Project 2003 which is running smoothly on
Sharepoint, currently. However, everyone is getting a notification on
their homepage that they have not submitted their timesheet for a
certain period. (I have closed out that specific time period)

We do not plan on using any timesheet software at the present time, so
how can the PWA be customized for that notification not to be seen?

I used to get warnings on the home page, but with disabling some options, the
errors went away, and the home page became noticeably faster.

Here's what I disabled. Try it out on a test environment first to confirm
your needed functionlity does not disappear in the process:
Under Admin, Server Configuration
- Disable (deny) Approve Timesheets for Resource
- Deny Timesheet Approval
- Integration with external timesheet system
