Can I use subprojects with Project 2007 Server?

Are there any consequences?
Publishing problems ore some other problems?

With Project Server 2007 you can now safely PUBLISH a master project,
without the duplication of resource assignments on each team member's My
Tasks page. Furthermore, executives can now do
self-service viewing of master projects in the Project Center page in PWA.
If a user clicks the name of a master project in the Project Center page,
the system now shows a Project Details view of the complete master project,
expanded to show all tasks in each subproject. Hope this helps.
