subreport charts issue

I have a report which has several subreports.

The subreport visible property need be set depends on the user
selection.


I have an issue is when the subreport has charts on it. The subreport
overlap each other, because the charts change sizes.

It works if the subreports without charts and work well with charts,
but without set subreports visible propertied.


Are there any workaround for this issue?
