Subreport Duplication

Greetings - I have a subreport that has duplication - the
sub report when run alone works fine - detail is correct.
However, when running from the main report each collection
of records from subreport gets duplicated. The join is
simple on single field. It was created in Access 97 with
subreport wizzard.

Check the sorting/grouping on your reports. Make sure you
have your reports joined the way you want. Maybe you want
your subreport located in footer area of main report
instead of detail area? Is your entire subreport
displaying with each detail line on your main report?

Thanks, I put the subreport in the footer section and it
took care of the problem Perhaps the detail was the first
reference and the subreport was the second reference when
embedded in the detail.
