Using Access 2000 SP3 I am unable to see a set subreports in Print Preview
but they print just fine.
The linking field is a text field named JobID (yy-###) for example...05-001.
It is the primary key for records in the main report and foreign key for the
related records (one to many)...time log and material list for the job. I
use the same field to link a master form and subforms and it works perfectly.
I have used this kind of field many times...case numbers...violation numbers
and have never encountered this kind of problem. I have used master and
subreports structures in almost every application I have written and this is
a new twist for me.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kate
