Subreport

I have a subreport that I would like to show/not show based on a whether or
not a field in the record has a positive value or is null or zero. If the
value is not null or not zero then print, otherwise not print.

Create a query to use as the RecordSource of the subreport.

In the query, add criteria under the field of:
0
Click to expand...

The query then shows only records that have a positive (non-null) value, and
so the subreport will print only for those.
