subscript out of range

I have a query in access that i am trying to merge to word
document which i have done for many other queries
succefully. But for query in particular i am finding it
returns the following error message subscript out of range
and does not allow me to merge to a word document.

Does the query work if you run it in Access?

Which versions of Word and Access, and how are you connecting to the data
source?

What is the SQL text of the Access query?
