Substitution of Resources

Hi,

We are currently working on Project Professional 2007. But, I am not able to
find the difference between the Build Team dialong box and the Resource
Substitution Wizard.
Could someone throw light on the difference between these two, and where and
when they are to be used??

The resource substitution wizard will automatically substitute resources
based on skill matching and availability - so it requires you to have placed
generic resources with skills on tasks, and have skills associated with
resources. You could use this a to initially staff a project, but it
shouldn't be used once a project is live.

The build team is effectively a manual process of the above, and hence
offers more control. Also, you don't need to have skills or generic
resources defined to use it.
