Subtask days not adding to task days

My subtask days are not adding to the total days of the project.

EXAMPLE: TASK A = 25 DAYS
SUBTASK A1 = 20 DAYS
SUBTASK A2 = 15 DAYS
SUBTASK A3 = 25 DAYS

TOTAL SHOULD = 60 DAYS BUT TASK A ONLY = 25

What can I do to fix this problem?

Ashley:

Check out your task dependencies between the activities. If dependencies
are not finish-to-start, it is possible that Subtask A1 and Subtask A2 occur
between the start and finish dates of Subtask A3. In this case, the 25 days
is correct.
