Is there a way to subtotal on more than one criteria. Like "at every change
in Location" and then within that location "at every chage in part number"???

Hi pkunAAC-

If the info is structured OK and sorted in the correct order you should be
able to use the SubTotals feature from the Data Menu. There are also a number
of Data Management functions, such as DSUM, DAVERAGE, etc. that you may want
to investigate.

Just to add to CyberTaz's response.

There's an option on that Data|Subtotal dialog that allows you to "replace
current subtotals".

You'll want to uncheck that.

(Just run data|subtotals for each subtotal you want.)
