All,
Here's the scenario: I have a resource that is onsite at a client location
and will be there until 3/31. He is working more than 8 hours a days
(typically 3-4 hours overtime a day). I set up the task as fixed units,
non-effort driven, finish no earlier than, constraint date of 3/31. However,
when i insert the 'actual hours' and 'actual overtime hours' in the Resource
Usage Sheet MS Project 2007 subtracts hours from the upcoming days in the
project schedule. Help!
