Success with the Project Server 2003 Renaming Utility login?

I've had no success logging on to the utility. I've tried our project
administrator logon & id, my server id, my network id. Nothing seems to
work. I saw that I wasn't alone when I googled this, but still didn't find
an answer. Can anyone offer advice?

What utility are you speaking of PWA?
If so, do you have the correct URL?
Can you see the log in page?
Have you tried the basic admin login?

We had similar issues after deploying SSL with PWA.

Don't remember exactly, but I think the problem was resolved by changing
the IIS site to "ALL Unassigned"

Before that make sure your installed it correctly. It has one .dll file &
one registry file. See if you have those files in that folder.
