Sudden shutdown

Once every couple of days my computer will suddenly shutdown, this
happens when I am using outlook' 03. ie. composing a message of
deleting something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the Event Log show anything of note happening when the machine
shutdowns/reboots?
