Suddenly, e-mails from regular sender not appearing...

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop All of a sudden, e-mails from a client I've been doing business with since September are getting hung up in my Web mail's junk mail folder.
I receive, on average, a couple of e-mails a day, from this account, without any trouble into my regular Entourage e-mail account. But 2 weeks ago, messages "went missing." And it happened again this week. I "found" them by accessing the Road Runner webmail account (which I typically never access). What in the world is going on?
The sender's account is in my address book, btw.
I called Time Warner...no help.
Any thoughts?
