All was fine. When wanted to send a new message to a BCM contact, I simply
clicked 'To', then selected either Accounts or Business Contacts and clicked
the name to send the message to.
Note - a 3rd option was Contacts that showed names from my personal OAB
Personal Folder (or whatever the heck it's called; anyway, they are names
from my regular Outlook, not contained in BCM.)
The other day, Office Updates showed there were updates available. I
downloaded them (no idea what). Now, when I want to send a message, I click
'To', but only thing showing is OAB > Contacts, i.e. my names from my
personal account / dbase / address book / whatever. Nothing relating to BCM
shows, and so I can't send a message to any BCM contacts.
Can anyone help?
