suddenly not receiving email from people I used to receive email f

Can anyone help me please? I am using ms outlook 2003 in ms office 2003 and
recently upgraded to windows 7 from windows xp. Now I am not receiving
emails from some people I used to always communicate with. They can receive
my emails but I cannot receive theirs. I don't have any special spam
blocker, I have not set any rules, I have my settings such that the messages
are supposed to stay on the server so I can use multiple servers (for 10
days) but no matter which computer I use or even if I check online, the mail
is not there. It doesn't even go to my junk folder. I can receive mail from
other people. Does anyone know the reason for this and what I can do? Thank
you.

If the messages from them are not arriving in your web based mailbox either,
then the issue is not with Outlook.
Ask them if they can send you a new message by typing in your address
manually instead of replying to a message you have sent. This is in case you
have misspelled your own email address in your account settings since
replying won't work then.

If that doesn't work either, contact your ISP to run some tests while they
are monitoring the email traffic to your account to troubleshoot the mail
flow issues.

One thing that could be the cause is that your ISP has implemented a spam
filter and the messages arrive in the Junk E-mail folder in your web based
mailbox. In that case, see if you can tweak or turn off that filter. It
could also be that they need to update their Junk Email filter. SpamAssassin
for instance had issues with messages from the year 2010 and increased the
spam level score.
