suffering from sluggish laptop response time with BCM?

Just added Business Contact Manager to Outlook 2003. has possibilities but it
has slowed down my whole laptop? Any suggestions to improve this problem???

I will go one further, is it possible to uninstall BCM?
My laptop hasn't worked the same since it was loaded.

You can use add/remove programs from the control panel to remove both BCM
and SQL server... I was just hoping if I could trim Outlook in some way or
SQL server, that I could get a "reasonably" acceptable response time . The
idea of integration with outlook is attractive.. If anyone has has "good"
response would be interested in how that apparent miracle was done...
