Sufficient Permission

We have published many projects and never had a problem. The last two
projects that have been attempted to publish by two different Project
Managers have received an error stating "You do not have sufficient
permissions to perform the requested action. Contact your server
administrator.".

Do you have any idea why this may be happening?

One cause could be that the Project Server administrator changed some of the
security settings in Groups and/or Categories in Project Server. Can you
confirm if he/she made any changes, and if so, what changes? Let us know.
