Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields

Users complain that when creating a mail message, their
auto name suggesting suggests names they deleted long ago
from there personal address book. I'm looking to aviod
having those old names show up in the auto suggest. Any
suggestions?

In Outlook 2002 Ive been able to highlight the name with the arrow keys and
press the delete key to get rid of it.
