Suggest Names While Completing

We have a customer who upgraded from OE to Outlook 2002. His autocomplete feature is turned on in the options; however, the feature is not working. Is there an answer to this complexing problem? We tried the Ctrl+K and that did not work either. Thanks for any help out there

What makes you think it is not working? Has he sent enough messages to
populate the autocompletion cache? Autocomplete does not use the Contacts
data.
