Currently, when you update a task in Outlook, it sends the entire task to
whoever else has a copy of the task. If the original task included
attachments (like the 5MB jobs I usually get), this can quickly bloat
Exchange server stores. It would be much more efficient to just send the
status change (Accepted, Declined, Not Started, In Progress, Completed,
Waiting on someone else, Deferred) to other holders of the task.
