Suggestion: Abolish the non-standard window shell styles.

I've never understood why, of all programs, Microsoft's own Office suite uses
its own non-standard shell style instead of the default one used by the
operating system. This is less of an issue with systems running the aero
window style, as it is less noticeable in such cases, but with XP machines,
Vista and Windows 7 machines not capable of running aero, and anything
running the classic theme, the effect is very noticeable. I believe the user
interface could be improved by using the operating system's standard style
like most other applications, as this gives an appearance of uniformity to
both the suite and the Microsoft product line.
