Suggestion for 3rd party software

Hi All,

Can any one suggest if there is any good software which can be integrated to
web application and has the following abilities from web?
1. Ability to decompose PPT slides
2. Slide Sorter
3. Search Slides from various PPts
4. Re-use at Slide level: copy the identified slides from various PPts to
only PPT
5. Convert to Flash
