There are two Great Bulliten Board php scripts that I have
seen and used. One is free for everyone the other cost
$160 to buy, but it is well worth the money.

The one you have to pay to use is located at

I hope this helps. The forum support for the free one is
OK. With the one you pay for there is live techs to help
you install/configure/and upgrade. Make sure your hosting
provider alows for php scripts and MySQL databases.
