Suggestions for printing Product Catalogues

I need to print a range of product catalogues that contain unit
specifications along with photographs of the items.
The data for the catalogue comes from a range of sources - Word, Excel &
Lotus Approach. I would like to be able to have all the relevant data in one
place/file/application as this would make the job a lot easier and logical
when its time for printing.
Can anyone suggest a method or application where by I can bring all the
relevant parts together so anyone can print the catalogue without having to
know the exact location of each seperate file (and filter to apply)?

Since Lotus is I believe a fully relational database does it not have such
facilities in its implimentation/design of the db and the final reports?
Allthough any final report may not produce an exactly well designed
catalogue

Cheers DL, so it is indeed possible to have the Front & Back covers along
with Tems & Conditions and other supplementary information such as Carriage
Rates etc. all contained within a single Lotus report so that another user
who is unfamiliar with the workings of Lotus (or Access) can easily print a
copy of the catalogue by clicking on a single file.

Its probably a somewhat crude App to create a catalogue, but with tweaking
it should do as you wish
