I am wondering what is the most proper way for setting a filter.
As for the filter, that I pretty much have a handle on, but I am wondering
about is, if someone opts FILTER1, and then they are working, and then they
decide to select FILTER2, should I refresh when they move to the next
record? or as soon as they hit the "FILTER2" option
After I REFRESH the data, should I go to the "TOP MOST" record, or go to the
next visible record? How would I test to see if there are any visible
records, and if there is a visable record after my current location.
