Suggestions to move columns in "badly" formatted tables - NFL Week 1.doc (0/1)

I pasted, from NFL.com, this coming season's schedule. It looked the
same in Excel as Word, and I prefer the latter.

I have attached one page, the first week schedule. I have to do this
for all 17 weeks, so I'm looking for a suggestion to streamline. I
don't think a macro would work (without advanced programming with
which I'd rather not deal), since the number of lines and position on
page varies by page.

I want to move the second column to below the first, then delete the
second column, so I have one game per line, with the full line
available to add notes.

I can cut>paste Col2 to below Col1, but if I select Col2 to delete it,
the "bad" programming will cut the second date line (Sunday, Sep. 7)
as well, since that one line is only one column.

I can slide the column divider all the way over to the right, but it
looks unprofessional that way. If I can't fix this easily, it will
due.
