Microsoft should include a new feature in Office that would save me so much
time- introduce a new feature in the Tracking tool in Office products that
allows me to "Accept all format changes" so that the tracking tool only
displays and retains changes other than format changes ie the important
changes only are shown !
I know that you can turn off the display of format changes with the "Show"
feature in the tracking tool but this often doesnt help - when I send the
document to a third party all the format changes are revealled when they open
the document (usually).
