sum cells that have been identified using conditional formatting

Hi
though this is possibel (but only with a complicated user defined
function) it would be easier to sum based on the same conditions as
your conditional format using SUMIF or SUMPRODUCT.
If you could give some more information about your conditions this
should be easy
