SUM - IF formula, basic stuff I can't do!

Hi all,

I'm trying to do this very simple SUM formula, but I have no idea what I'm
doing!

Problem:
I want D3 to return a value of 0 if C3 value is 0 to 4, D3 to value of 1 if
C3 is 5 to 9, D3 to value of 2 if C3 is 10 to 14, D3 to value of 3 if C3 is
15 to 19, etc etc recurring. I want to apply the same formula to all cells in
column 4.

Hope this is a simple as I hope and believe it is!

=INT(C3/5)
