My Worksheet has columns with names of employees, check dates and check
amounts, I'm looking for a formula to add up all the earnings for a
specific employee for a specific month.

=sumproduct(--(a1:A100="Employee x"),--(month(b1:b100)=4),c1:c100)
where column a= employee name
column b = dates (in the above example april)
column c = check amounts
