sum of cells - will not display

All of a sudden when I highlight a number of cells I can
not see the sum of those cells at the bottom of the
worksheet. Auto calc is turned on. Anyone with an
answer? Thanks

right click on the area where the sum used to show and make sure it is
ticked....you'll see that you can choose to display average min or max
counts or none.
