Sum with given criteria !

Hi, please help me in sum. I have a column with different values ranging from
50 to 5000. I need to sum up only those which are more then 200 and lower
then 1000. Is this possible without the use of VB.

Assuming values within A2:A10,
in say B1:
=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$10>200)*($A$2:$A$10<1000),$A$2:$A$10)
Adapt the range to suit

=SUMIF(A2:A20,">200")-SUMIF(A2:A20,">=1000")
