SUMIF excel function not working

I am using this formula and it is returning a zero for the sum amount,
however, the function command tells me that it should return a 4 (which is
correct).

SUM(IF((A2:A3352="Bee, Lucas W.")*(G2:G3352="60"),F2:F3352))

What am I doing wrong?

If Column G contains numerical values, remove the quotes from its
criterion...

=SUM(IF((A2:A3352="Bee, Lucas W.")*(G2:G3352=60),F2:F3352))

....confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
