SUMIF function help

I have a SUMIF formula that I cannot get to work. I dont know how to se
the criteria to accept less than or equal to. Its for summing balance o
vacation days up to the current date. Heres my formula so far.

=SUMIF(I4:BJ4,I4:BJ4<=$F$2,I5:BJ5)

this will work for sure

=SUMPRODUCT((I4:bj4<=$F$2)*(I5:bj5)

=SUMIF(I4:BJ4,"<=" & $F$2,I5:BJ5)
