Sumif

Hi

I need the reference to "Trade Debtors" in the following formula to b
linked to another cell :-

=SUMIF(L17:L25,"*YTrade Debtors*",R17:R25)

I have tried the following, but it doesn't work. A10 holds the valu
with the reference to the account (ie Trade Debtors).

=SUMIF(L17:L25,""*Y"&A10&"&"*"",R17:R25)
