Hi there,
I have an org chart which I want potentially 18000 employees on, but I only want to display names to a certain level, but want to then summarise each position at the lower level. I.e. I want the names for the CEO, Executive and Manager, but below that I want it to show me 3 supervisors, 2 admin people and 7 data capturers. But I want to import the file with all the detail.
Is this possible in Visio?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
