I'm having the following problem and wonder if others have
encountered the same:
1) I have a project plan, it is baselined.
2) I track completion and progress on a weekly basis by
updating the Status Date and the enter % Complete.
3) I may also adjust Start, Finish or Duration based on
team member's feedback. I do NOT touch Baseline Start,
Baseline Finish or Baseline Duration.
4) I want to track progress against baseline, in other
words, where are we compared to where we were supposed to
be. I use the Tracking Gantt view to display this in
graphics but the Summary Progress dots does not show what
I'm expecting them to show.....
5) Question: The Summary Progress line (if used with
default settings) seem to track progress against the
adjusted plan rather than the baseline. How do I get it to
show progress against the baseline?
