Summary Report of all projects and Individual projects

Hello

I am using Master Projects in MSP 2003. I want to create a report such that
I get summary of all projects each department wise. Example as given below:

I have a MasterProject1 with Civil and Carpentry departments inserted in
them. Similary MasterProject2 with Civil and Carpentry departments.

Required

Format of Report1:

Tasks as on Date;Total incompelete Tasks;Total completed Tasks; Project
Name
1)
2)

Format of Report2

Tasks as on Date;Total incompelete Tasks;Total completed Tasks; Total
Projects
1)
2)

Now I can say Report 1 is a subset of Report2.

Can anyone help me in this please.
