Summary report of planned non-working time

Does anyone know of a way to get a simple report showing all planned
non-working time for all resources in the Enterprise Resource Pool? There's
got to be a better way than individually examining the "Change Working Time"
data for each resource. Thanks in advance...

Sorry, should have mentioned I'm using PS03, so another part of the question
is whether this is improved in PS07. Thanks.
