MSPS 2003: For some reason, any new projects being published are not
allowing tasks that are created in PWA to see the WBS. You can create at
the top level, but the "Make the task a subset of" option is grayed out! Is
this a permission issue?
All the old projects that were published are working fine. It is just new
projects that are experiencing this issue.
