Summary Tasks vs from subtasks into selected summary task.

I am trying to set up a base line and when I choose the option selected task
and I have to choose to roll up baselines.
What is the difference between To all summary tasks and from subtask into
selected summary task

The sub task option simply updates the selected summary task from its
sub-tasks.
