summing when filtered

Everybody,

I've need to sum the avarage of a range in a column : for
example In column G range G5:G250 the numbers in the rage
have to be summed.

The tricky part is that it has to count the average of
that range while I'am using a filter on Column F wich
shows other creteria ( letters of teams A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I)

I Cant get it done with one fomula, can enyone help me out
please.
