sums on a file

Is there an easy way to see all the sums that are on an excel spread sheet
at once.

DO you mean all the Formulas ?
If so, use CTRL+` (the key to the left of 1 on the top row of the so-called
typewriter keys).
Use the same key combo to return to normal.
