Do you know a way to place one profile photograph on top of another so that
one can see both and the changes? Can you make one transparent and place on
the other? Thank you

Hi DJ

Do you mean you want to be able to see one through the other in slide show
view, or when you are working on them in normal view? Please include your
version in your response as steps are very different for 2007 than earlier
versions.

Lucy,

Thank you for your replay and questions. I would like to see through one to
the other in slide show view. Basically, I am trying to show growth or
change in profile from one time point to another. I am using PowerPoint 2003.

Hi DJ

You can use the 'transparency' emphasis animation (in the custom animation
taskpane add effect -> emphasis -> more effects -> transparency). You can
play with the transparency percentage. An alternative would be to have a
really slow fade in animation (you can type in your own time by clicking on
the drop down next to the animation -> timing -> speed) but this will end
with only the second picture showing if you see what I mean.

Hope that helps

Lucy
