This technique doesn't work with formulas or real numbers (but works ok with
Text numbers.)
Select the "th" in the formula bar
Format|Cells
Check superscript.

Select just the "th" in the cell. Right click. Choose Format Cells... Under
Effects, check superscript.

I guess 15th is text, not value (cannot make check as I do not have english
excel).
If it is text edit the cell (F2), higlight "th" by mouse, righ-click, choose
format cells -text, check superscript, press ok, hit enter.
