I am running Project 2002. We have times when a PC locks up and the
project file is left as checked out. The user cannot work on their
project. When this happens after normal work hours it causes problems.
As the administrator we want to create a Support Center sign-on so the
only authority that group has is to use the Check-in screen. This is
for our Support Center team that work maintains longer hours. Is there
a way to set this up with security templates, a group and a category?
